Si è teuta quest’oggi ,come da convocazione del DAP la prevista riunione tra la Direzione Generale e delle Risorse del personale e le OO.SS. rappresentative numericamente, speriamo per poco ancora, del personale.
PARLIAMO DI UN CONCORSO NATO IL 2008 ma CHE POTEVANO ESSERE GIA’ IMMESSI NEL RUOLO NEL 2010 MA SIAMO AL 2019(SIC.?)
PUR PREVEDENDO L’USCITA DI UN NUOVO BANDO DI ALMENO 700/800 VICE ISPETTORI.
Tra il botta e risposta,le proposte e le risposte,la questione la possiamo riassumere in 3 punti;
1) Rielaborazione da parte della DGPR di un nuovo piano di Mobilità, lo ripetiamo, nuovo piano di mobilità sulla base degli incrementi e decrementi per quiescenze e riforme o trasferimenti ma anche sulla base dell’avanzamento corrente dei 2850 Ass. Capo concorsuali alla promozione per Riordino Bis delle Carriere a Vice Sovrintendenti, in fase di imminente definizione.
2) Proposta di un assestamento degli organici in tutte le sedi penitenziarie d’Italia,comprese quelle extramoenia;
3) Procedure migliorative e più specifiche pe ri futuri concorsi per avanzamento di grado riservati alla Polizia Penitenziaria.
Pertanto, chi sembra essersi vergato sul carro dei vincitori, Noi della Federazione Sindacale CO.S.P. diciamo:

Prossime battute presumibilmente per il 5 febbraio p.v. con il prosieguo della trattativa, intanto Marzo è alle porte e gli allievi Vice Ispettori saranno tenuti ad esprimere la sede di preferenza, chiediamoci e chiedetevi amici corsisti Vice Ispettori d’Italia, cosa è cambiato rispetto a prima della odierna trattativa (????), poco o quasi nulla!
