(Nucleo Investigativo Centrale) del 3.02.2014 e del 14.05.2014 secondo l’accusa commessi 1° agosto 2013 ; 23.1.2014 unitamente ad altre 3 persone . In sintesi, per esersi ammalato,dopo 42 anni cumulativi di servizio a fine carriera, ed aver fruito del periodo di 59 giorni di malattia,retribuite, con patologie dipendenti da cause di servizio – second al’accusa vecchie patologie non potevano creare danno fisico(Sic.?) ; 11 patologie in totale , tutte, si ripete, tutte, riconosciute dalle CC.
